A Lab for the Study of Critical Property Theory

The Property Theory Lab is a where I work on academic issues centered on CRITICAL PROPERTY THEORY which is the interchange between critical legal theory (e.g., critical race theory, queer theory, & class crit) and the study of property law theory.

The Property Theory Lab is ultimately interested in understanding the role of law in the distribution of resources and how that ameliorates (or worsens) inequality among marginalized social identities.

Lab projects explore a variety of areas: affirmative action, national parks,  & fashion.

Please contact me if you have interest in joining the Lab.
